Wise Wine 2023 Sea Urchin Shiraz Dozen

A short cold maceration to extract the abundant fruit and spice preceded fermentation, malolactic conversion and maturation in French oak.

An array of mulberries and spice on the nose. The palate is soft and mouth filling with texture, flavour and natural acidity in perfect balance.
